Experience
Claudia DiGirolamo maintains a focus on civil litigation defense, including matters involving negligence, personal injury, product, and professional liability. She is involved in all stages of the litigation process, from inception through trial and appeal. Claudia draws on widespread experience with commercial litigation and transactions, ranging from general corporate matters such as entity formation, restructuring and dissolution, to mergers and acquisitions, real estate and asset-based transactions, and niche matters such as blue sky laws, digital currency and token issuance restructuring.
Before joining private practice, Claudia served as a law clerk to the Hon. Vincent J. Militello of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, where she prepared briefs, legal memoranda and statements of issues involved in cases, including appropriate recommendations and subsequent opinions in both the Civil and Criminal departments. She also conducted conferences with attorneys and clients regarding pleas and settlement negotiations.
