A highly accomplished litigator with more than 35 years of experience, Clemente J. Parente represents clients in complex commercial/business litigation, labor and employment matters, construction litigation, and general liability. Clem has served as first chair in numerous trials and successfully represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts. He is skilled in resolving high-stakes matters through litigation, mediation, and arbitration, serving clients across industries including construction, design, hospitality, logistics, and real estate. His construction practice spans contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners/developers. In employment and labor matters, Clem defends employers in suits filed in federal and state court and before agencies such as the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. and New York State Departments of Labor, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
