Experience
Corina Gabaldon counsels and defends clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, and insurance cases. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from inception through trial and appeal, including research, investigation, discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions, and court appearances.
Cori gained experience with personal injury and general liability while working as a law clerk in Goldberg Segalla’s civil litigation and trial practice group. In addition, she dedicated several summers to internships, researching corporate issues including trademark registration and insurance coverage for clients of a New York law firm, and conducting legal research and observing hearings handled by the General Counsel of the New York Office of Court Administration.
