Experience
Daniel S. Gradwohl is a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group. A skilled trial attorney, he has deep experience across a wide spectrum of general liability matters, including negligent security, premises liability, dram shop actions, and product liability matters. He is particularly adept at handling cases involving complex and catastrophic personal injury claims.
Daniel’s litigation experience also includes navigating the sensitive and challenging issues arising from institutional claims involving child physical and sexual abuse. He has successfully defended both private- and public-sector clients – ranging from national retail operations and small business owners to homeowners associations, condominium boards, municipalities, non-profit organizations, and landlords – in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Beyond the courtroom, Daniel has represented clients before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has also served as a neutral hearing master for charter school expulsion proceedings in Pennsylvania.
