Experience
Daniel S. Strick is a highly experienced litigator who counsels and defends lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, corporate officers, and other professionals in a variety of administrative and civil disputes in state, federal, and appellate courts. With more than 20 years of trial experience, Dan has defended a wide range of civil matters involving professional malpractice, insurance coverage, trucking liability, dram shop, commercial premises liability, maritime, subrogation, indemnification, product liability, and other commercial actions. He has served as lead trial attorney in matters venued throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Sharing thought leadership in his practice area, Dan has contributed multiple articles on professional’s, officer’s, and director’s liability to the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Law Journal published by the American Bar Association as well as DRI’s The Voice and For the Defense.
