An experienced trial attorney, Dennis T. Scanlon handles a range of commercial litigation and business disputes of all sizes for businesses, senior executives, investors, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations. He is engaged in every step of the litigation process, from inception through resolution.

Dennis draws on strong litigation and leadership experience developed while serving in various capacities as a Captain with the United States Marine Corps. As a judge advocate, he worked in the Pentagon, analyzing legal issues arising in military officer misconduct cases. Later, as trial counsel and certified special victims’ prosecutor, Dennis tried dozens of courts-martial – many which were fully-contested trials – to verdict. As a victims’ legal counsel, he represented special victim clients while protecting their rights at all investigative stages and court proceedings. After leaving active duty, Dennis began serving as a reservist in the Appellate Defense Division, representing Navy and Marine Corps appellants before military courts of appeal.
