Jessica Saad represents a diverse array of manufacturers, suppliers, and other entities in complex toxic tort and environmental litigation, with a particular focus on defending asbestos-related claims. She is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including conducting depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing for trial, and participating in settlement negotiations.
