Jillian E. Madison
Associate
Jillian E. Madison represents a wide range of companies in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including the defense of asbestos claims. Her practice spans discovery, cross-examination of witnesses at depositions, preparation of dispositive motions, trial preparation, case management and settlement conferences, and timely client communications. Jill also draws on significant experience in transactional law, including matters involving residential real estate, estate planning and administration, probate, and guardianships.
Jill earned her B.S. at Rutgers University and went on to earn her J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school she gained additional experience as a summer judicial intern with the Honorable James F. Hyland in the New Jersey Superior Court.
