John W. Burke represents businesses in complex litigation and high-exposure disputes, with a practice spanning commercial litigation, catastrophic injury claims, premises liability, construction defect litigation, product liability, and insurance defense. Jack counsels and defends clients across a range of industries, including retail and hospitality, transportation and trucking, manufacturing, insurance, commercial development, and construction.

Jack is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation and discovery through motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeal. He regularly conducts and defends depositions, participates in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences, and represents clients in municipal, trial, and appellate court proceedings. He also has experience managing general liability and toxic tort matters through every stage of the litigation process.

While attending the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, Jack distinguished himself through Temple’s nationally recognized Integrated Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy programs. As a member of the law school’s Sports Arbitration and Negotiation Team, he competed in Tulane University Law School’s International Baseball Arbitration Competition and was part of the winning team in Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law’s Inaugural Baseball Filing Day Competition. He further developed his litigation skills through internships with the Hon. Margaret Bisignani Moyle of the Lackawanna County Court
