Marlyne Zakher concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation, representing manufacturers, distributors, retailers, property owners, and other businesses in a wide range of high-exposure disputes. Her experience includes defending premises liability, product liability, auto negligence, professional malpractice, and construction defect claims, as well as other personal injury and commercial litigation matters.
