Experience
Matthew C. Wilson is a trial-tested civil defense attorney whose legal career includes nearly 30 years representing clients facing complex and catastrophic liability claims in matters of product liability, commercial premises liability, automotive/transportation liability, professional liability, and construction accidents and defects. He spent 15 years defending product liability matters for one of the “Big Three” automobile manufacturers and several consumer appliance manufacturers. Matt has represented hospitals, physicians and nurses facing medical malpractice claims, as well as shopping centers and individual retailers facing premises liability claims. Matt’s trial experience also extends to insurance defense, primarily focused on automobile negligence, dram shop, and premises liability litigation throughout every county in eastern Pennsylvania.
In addition to aggressively representing clients at trial, Matt is skilled in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution and is a Certified Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
