Meghan M. Brown

Meghan Brown focuses her practice on general liability and appellate advocacy, including matters involving personal injury, construction, and professional liability. She routinely represents medical professionals and health care facilities in professional liability claims. With over a decade as a civil litigator in private practice, Meghan also draws on experience earned serving for two years as a law clerk at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, in Rochester.

Meghan has lectured on premises liability and appellate procedure, co-edited a chapter of the New York State Bar Association’s treatise on preparing for and trying the civil lawsuit, serves on the Judiciary Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County and serves as a co-chair of the Access to Justice Committee for the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York at the state level. Meghan also contributes to multiple Goldberg Segalla publications, including the OSHA Legal Developments and Defense Strategies blog.
