Michael J. Mendez dedicates his practice to clients in the transportation, trucking and logistics industries, handling a variety of civil litigation matters including railroad litigation, personal injury, property damage and employment claims. An experienced litigator, Michael has defended railroad companies in personal injury cases and cases brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. He has represented both private companies and public entities.
While in law school, Michael held externships for the Sacramento County Office of the Public Defender and in the Office of the General Counsel for the California Community Colleges.
