He has handled automobile accident, property damage and personal injury cases. Mike’s experience also includes representing vehicle manufacturers in breach of warranty actions and defending builders from construction defect claims. Before moving to New York, he practiced in Florida, representing large vehicle manufacturers, property insurance carriers, landlords, contractors and others accused of negligence or breach of contract.

Mike handles all aspects of litigation, attending building site and laboratory inspections, discussing technical details and findings with engineers and other experts, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations and arbitrations, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
