Experience
Nicole A. Caspers focuses her practice on counseling and representing property owners, product manufacturers, and suppliers in toxic tort litigation in courts throughout New Jersey. She is engaged in all stages of litigation from inception through trial and appeal. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Nikki gained experience as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Criminal Division, where she researched and managed pre-trial, trial and post-conviction motions, prepared legal memoranda and judicial decisions, conducted legal research and analysis, and facilitated small claims mediation. Reflecting her undergraduate degree in environmental science, she also worked as a legal extern in the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Coastal Activities, where she researched state environmental legislation and developed drafts on projects concerning coastal restoration and environmental education.
