Rosa D. Forrester is an experienced litigator who counsels and defends corporate entities, retailers, property managers, landowners, insurers, contractors, and subcontractors in a wide range of liability claims, including those alleging premises liability, personal injury, property damage, auto negligence, construction defect, municipal code violations, and more. Rosa handles all of her matters from inception through resolution, and has extensive oral argument experience in the courts of New Jersey and New York City.

Rosa’s experience includes a clerkship for the late Hon. James G. Troiano in the Superior Court of New Jersey handling matrimonial and juvenile delinquency matters.
