Rosa D. Forrester
Partner
Rosa D. Forrester counsels and defends corporate entities, insurers, contractors and subcontractors, and manufacturers in a wide range of liability claims, including those alleging construction defect, personal injury, property damage, premises liability, and more. She also litigates matters involving insurance fraud. Rosa handles all of her matters from inception through resolution, and has extensive experience arguing motions, managing discovery, writing briefs, and leading case management conferences.
Rosa’s experience includes clerking for the Hon. James G. Troiano in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Duties included analyzing matrimonial law issues and preparing memoranda with disposition recommendations. She also prepared motion summaries for judicial review, mediated disputes, and drafted court orders and child support guidelines.
