Rufus A. Jennings is a seasoned litigator with more than two decades of experience in civil rights and employment defense. His practice centers on defending claims brought under major federal statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
