Taylor L. Burns focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation, bad faith disputes, and coverage counseling. Taylor advises and defends insurance industry clients across a broad spectrum of coverage matters, including commercial general liability, directors and officers (D&O), professional liability, and commercial property policies.
Before entering private practice, Taylor served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Owen C. McCarthy, P.J. Cv., of the Monmouth County Superior Court, gaining valuable insight into litigation strategy and judicial decision-making. During law school, she provided legal services to survivors of domestic violence as a certified legal intern under Delaware Supreme Court Rule 56, assisting clients in securing civil legal protections.
