Taylor S. Henegar is an attorney in the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group, where he represents and advises insurers on complex insurance coverage matters. His work includes coverage issues arising under commercial general liability, cybersecurity and data security, directors and officers, and professional liability policies, including technology companies, accountants, and attorneys. Taylor is engaged throughout all phases of coverage disputes, including discovery, motion practice, and client reporting.

While pursuing his J.D., Taylor served as a student clinician in the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic where he handled commercial transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters on behalf of restaurant and hospitality businesses, real estate, and start-up companies. He gained additional experience with commercial transactions and corporate disputes during legal externships at two New York-based law firms. As a prosecution intern in the fast-paced environment of the Taxi and Limousine Commission of New York City, Taylor developed litigation skills while appearing before the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings and contributing to the prosecution of various traffic violations and consumer complaints.
