Dedicated to practicing workers’ compensation law for more than 12 years, Mitch Palazzo counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation claims. He has defended private companies and public entities in workers’ compensation bench trials, motion hearings and pretrial conferences and has extensive experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry’s Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
