Alexis D. Johnson leverages nearly six years of first-hand industry experience as an executive account manager for two Fortune 500 logistics companies, which informs her practical, operations-driven approach to litigation, counseling, and defending clients in the transportation and logistics sectors across a wide range of civil litigation matters.

Drawing on her substantial background in civil, constitutional, and administrative law from her tenure as an Honors Fellow with the Litigation Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Alexis also represents clients in matters including toxic tort litigation involving asbestos exposure, premises liability, Article 78 proceedings, and other civil disputes.  She assists clients at all stages of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, preparing discovery responses, and supporting depositions.

Alexis developed her courtroom and negotiation skills through her concentration in civil litigation, her service as an Honors Fellow with the New York State Attorney General, and her judicial externships with the Hon. Jill Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and former Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller of the Georgia Court of Appeals.
