Goldberg Segalla added Shane T. Rosenbloom to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Baltimore.

Shane represents clients in premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, and other civil matters, with a particular emphasis on serving clients in the retail and hospitality industries. He draws on experience counseling and defending nationally-recognized insurance companies and healthcare operations against medical malpractice, professional negligence, personal injury and contractual disputes as well as claims made under the Maryland Condominium Act and Maryland Homeowners Association Act. Prior to entering private practice, Shane served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. John J. Nagle III of the Baltimore County Circuit Court.

Shane earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
