Goldberg Segalla is pleased to welcome Claudia Costa and Marc Voses to our Manhattan office. Following the addition of 11 attorneys in May, their arrival further strengthens our nationally recognized Employment and Labor and Global Insurance Services practice groups and brings the number of attorneys in the Manhattan office to 66.

Costa is a veteran litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing employers, professionals, and public entities in employment and commercial litigation. She defends clients in discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases, advises on compliance and workplace policies, and conducts anti-harassment training in English and Spanish. Her practice also includes defending attorneys, accountants, and insurers in malpractice and liability matters, as well as representing municipalities and schools in complex disputes.

Voses is a trusted insurance industry advisor and litigator with more than 20 years of experience handling coverage disputes, regulatory investigations, class actions, and complex transactions. He represents insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and InsurTech ventures in matters involving cyber, D&O, trade credit, and general liability policies, and is a leading voice in cyber subrogation. His work includes defending clients in cryptocurrency-related litigation and guiding them through regulatory compliance and strategic business deals.
