Goldberg Segalla added Kristi Midboe Miller to the firm’s Product Liability practice group in Princeton.

As a seasoned litigator who also served for years as corporate counsel, Kristi knows how to build winning defense plans and persuasive arguments, and also understands the priorities, internal pressures, and risk tolerances of corporations – because she has lived it.

Kristi began her legal career practicing product liability, environmental and commercial litigation at several prominent law firms. She has extensive experience developing and implementing science-based defense strategies in high-profile mass toxic tort and environmental litigation, and has handled complex multi-jurisdictional litigation for pharmaceutical and other product manufacturers. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Kristi was accountable for full-spectrum legal advice and guidance as general counsel of a portfolio of domestic and international early-stage businesses focused on emergent, software-centered technologies at a Fortune 50 multi-national provider of technologies and communications solutions.

Kristi earned her B.A. at Drew University and her J.D. at Harvard Law School.
