Myasia M. Cummings maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout Pennsylvania. She is engaged in the claims process from the inception of a file through its resolution, evaluating claims, developing case strategies, analyzing medical records, deposing claimants and physicians, and preparing motions and petitions. Myasia draws upon experience gained as a law clerk in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group as well as legal internships with Glenmede Wealth Management and the Delaware Law Civil Clinic.
