Goldberg Segalla added Duchant Johnson to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Orlando.

Duchant counsels and defends clients in the retail and hospitality industries, including shopping center owners, developers, national and regional retailers, hotels, resorts, and restaurants. His practice focuses on civil litigation involving premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, employment disputes, and related claims. He has represented both private businesses and municipalities in state and federal courts and has experience resolving matters through mediation and arbitration. Drawing on his early successes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Duchant brings a practical, results-oriented approach to every matter.

Duchant earned his B.S. from Seton Hall University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
