Christiana Ampofo counsels and defends clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a wide range of litigated matters, including premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, product liability, and corporate disputes. An experienced trial attorney, Christiana brings valuable insight from her work as an assistant public defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, where she managed cases from initial appearance through trial and sentencing. She excels in developing litigation strategies, conducting fact investigations, and handling all aspects of motion practice, including dispositive motions and evidentiary briefing.
