Goldberg Segalla added Jennie Sanchez to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Philadelphia.

Jennie is an accomplished workers’ compensation attorney who advises and defends employers, insurance carriers, and third‑party administrators throughout Pennsylvania, managing each claim from initial assessment through final resolution. She evaluates case merits, advises clients on strategic options, and litigates, negotiates, or settles matters to achieve efficient and cost‑effective outcomes for the client. With six years of prior experience representing workers’ compensation claimants, Jennie brings valuable insight into claimant strategy, tactics, and case dynamics. She is adept at identifying red flags that may indicate fraudulent activity and understanding the motivations and vulnerabilities that can shape the course of a claim. This dual perspective enables her to anticipate opposing positions, streamline the resolution process, reduce costs, and deliver an effective defense against even the most complex claims.

Jennie earned her B.A. at Point Park University and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
