Goldberg Segalla added John P. Marzocchi to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Buffalo.

JP dedicates his practice to workers’ compensation law, counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters and representing them before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. He draws on more than nine years of experience managing all phases of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution, establishing defense strategy, deposing claimants and physicians, negotiating settlements, and handling trials and appeals.

JP earned his B.A. from St. John Fisher College and his J.D. from the Albany Law School of Union University.
