For more than seven years, Vandana Saunders has represented employers, insurance carriers, and third‑party administrators in workers’ compensation matters, managing claims from inception through resolution. Her practice focuses on developing exposure analyses and strategic recommendations, working closely with clients to determine the most effective path forward, and advocating on their behalf at every stage of the process, including pre‑hearing conferences, hearings, settlement negotiations, settlement hearings, and throughout all phases of litigation.

In addition to her client work, Vandana plays an active role in developing the firm’s talent. She regularly mentors and trains newer team members through file reviews, case‑specific guidance, and collaborative claim‑handling strategy discussions.
