Goldberg Segalla added Stephen R. Stimmler to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Manhattan.

Stephen is a courtroom-focused litigator who advocates for businesses in a wide range of civil disputes across New York. He represents corporate clients and small businesses in matters involving premises liability, personal injury, labor law, and commercial litigation, bringing a confident and practical approach to advocacy. A strategic negotiator, Stephen works closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently, frequently achieving favorable settlements while preparing each case with trial-readiness in mind. Over the course of his practice, Stephen has made more than 500 appearances in courts throughout New York – both in person and virtually – handling settlement conferences, status conferences, and motion arguments.

Stephen earned his B.S. from the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and his J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
