Goldberg Segalla added Rita P. Mevmedovski to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Princeton.

Rita is a seasoned workers’ compensation litigator and trusted advisor who represents insurers, employers, and third-party administrators throughout New Jersey. Drawing on focused experience in both private practice and as a workers’ compensation staff attorney for a leading insurance carrier, she provides clients with practical counsel at every stage of the claims process, from initial claim review through litigation, resolution, and settlement. Rita handles a broad range of workers’ compensation matters, including claim petitions, motions, and complex disputed claims. She develops and implements litigation strategies tailored to her clients’ business objectives, preparing pleadings, briefs, and other advocacy materials while managing cases through hearings and trials.

Rita earned a B.A. from the Rutgers University College of Arts and Sciences, an M.B.A. from the Rutgers School of Business, and her J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law.
