Goldberg Segalla added Caitlin R. Masline to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Manhattan.

Caitlin represents insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York. She handles all stages of the workers’ compensation claims process from the initial evaluation of a claim through defense preparation, witness and expert depositions and hearings, preparing petitions and motions, and appearing at hearings, trials, and mediations. Caitlin draws on experience gained while serving as a law clerk on the Workers’ Compensation team at Goldberg Segalla, working with the firm’s clients and experiencing the team’s commitment to helping clients achieve significant and sustainable reductions to the overall expense of their workers’ compensation programs. While studying at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Caitlin gained hands-on experience as a summer associate in private practice, supporting attorneys with pre-trial preparation and observing testimony and court proceedings.

Caitlin earned her B.B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
