David C. Perrotto focuses his practice on the legal needs of clients in the trucking, transportation, and logistics industries, ranging from personal injury, motor vehicle/trucking liability and premises liability matters to general liability, insurance coverage, and contractual disputes. David’s experience includes handling field investigations, research, deposition preparation, discovery analysis, and motion drafting. Before joining a private practice in 2024, he gained courtroom experience as a deputy county attorney in the Nassau County Attorney’s Office. In addition to his legal practice, David serves in the U.S. Army National Guard.
