Goldberg Segalla added Jeffrey A. Misenheimer to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Raleigh.

Jeff partners with insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers to resolve workers’ compensation claims efficiently and minimize risk. With more than 25 years of experience representing clients across North Carolina, he helps insurers and employers evaluate exposure, develop practical claim strategies, and navigate challenging matters with confidence. Clients value Jeff’s ability to identify opportunities for early resolution and keep cases moving toward sound solutions. When settlement is not the best path forward, he is a skilled advocate who is prepared to defend his clients’ positions through every stage of litigation. Jeff regularly represents clients before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and in state trial and appellate courts, including the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court.

Jeff earned his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law.
