Goldberg Segalla added Ghadeer J. Essa to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Newark.

Ghadeer concentrates her practice on civil litigation, representing clients in matters of personal injury, property damage, premises liability, and more. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, she served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she researched and analyzed a broad range of legal issues and assisted with the preparation of judicial opinions, bench memoranda, and jury instructions. Her experience reviewing complex factual records and legal authorities provides valuable perspective in evaluating litigation matters and developing effective legal strategies. Ghadeer also has experience drafting legal analyses and coordinating with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders in support of dispute resolution and litigation objectives.

Ghadeer earned her B.A. from John Jay College and her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
