Goldberg Segalla added Kyle E. Grabowski to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Newark.

Kyle focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense. He represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workplace injury claims, assisting clients with claim evaluation, litigation strategy, and resolution efforts. Kyle has experience handling matters from inception through hearing and trial, including appearing before the court, defending motions for medical and temporary benefits, examining witnesses, and analyzing medical and employment records. He practiced workers’ compensation law before joining Goldberg Segalla, advising and defending insurers and employers. He also gained experience in landlord-tenant, real estate, and related civil matters.

Kyle earned his B.S. from Felician University and his J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
