Goldberg Segalla partner Jason A. Botticelli has been named to the 2026 Top 50 Upstate New York Super Lawyers list.

The annual Super Lawyers designations honor just 5% of all attorneys in Upstate New York for demonstrating exceptional professional achievement while earning immense respect from their peers through a stringent peer review process. Further, the Top 50 Super Lawyers distinction is reserved for the 50 attorneys who achieve the very highest scores in the Super Lawyers selection process, and highlights Jason’s professional accomplishments and the esteem he has earned within the legal profession.

An experienced litigator, Jason concentrates his practice on toxic tort and product liability matters. He defends clients in state and federal courts against asbestos exposure claims and claims involving premises, construction site, automotive, and elevator and escalator liability. Jason has represented manufacturers, doctors and hospitals, municipalities, and companies sued under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
