Goldberg Segalla added Louis (Anthony) Montenegro to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Los Angeles

Anthony focuses his practice on counseling and defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. He is involved in all aspects of the workers’ compensation claims-handling process, including claim evaluation, discovery, depositions, hearings, and litigation strategy. Anthony draws on his experience serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he held leadership roles, led a 40-member unit, and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2012. Working in high-pressure environments requiring accountability, discretion, and attention to detail, he developed the discipline, communication skills, and commitment to service that he brings to his work on behalf of clients.

Anthony earned his B.A. from California State University, Northridge, and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School.
