Goldberg Segalla added William D. Murray to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice group in Philadelphia.

Bill counsels and defends clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters, including premises liability, dram shop, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death claims. He works closely with businesses and insurers to develop effective litigation strategies and has experience handling matters through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Bill has achieved favorable outcomes for clients through dismissals, no-fault judgments, negotiated settlements, and defense verdicts. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Bill represented corporate clients in premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death litigation in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania.

Bill earned his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law.
