ACCEC Launched to Improve the Quality of the Practice of Insurance Law: Thomas F. Segalla Comments in Multiple News Outlets
Thomas F. Segalla, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Global Insurance Services and Insurance Regulatory Practice Groups, provided commentary to a number of business and insurance trade publications on the creation and launch of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC). Tom will serve as the College’s inaugural president. ACCEC members bring together the leading lawyers in the United States and Canada who will focus on creative, ethical, and efficient adjudication of disputes between policyholders and insurers over insurance coverage as well as extracontractual damages. Members represent the interests of both insurers and policyholders.
