“Wireless Devices and Mobile Apps: FDA Speaks,” DRI Medlaw Update
“Wireless and mobile technology is a critical and rapidly evolving platform for the life sciences and health care industries, as it is for the law business,” write Michael D. Shalhoub and Joseph J. Welter, partners in Goldberg Segalla’s Life Sciences Practice Group. “However, these industries are much more highly regulated than the business of law. To that end, FDA recently issued two Guidances on wireless devices and mobile medical applications.”
