Brady A. Yntema Elected to North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys Board of Directors

The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) has selected Goldberg Segalla partner Brady A. Yntema to serve a three-year term on its Board of Directors.

Brady is a skilled litigator with over 20 years of experience. He focuses his practice on representing clients in the defense of complex claims involving toxic tort, occupational hazards, construction, environmental pollution, trucking and transportation, and intellectual property. Brady has also dedicated much of his legal career to representing national and international insurance companies in a broad range of complex coverage and extra-contractual litigation. He has served as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina.

NCADA is a professional organization of nearly 800 attorneys and paralegals who devote a majority of their time representing the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. Brady was sworn in at the close of NCADA’s 43rd Annual Meeting, held virtually June 9-12, 2020.
