Goldberg Segalla partner Danielle N. Malaty has been appointed to two positions of leadership within the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) for 2025-2026, joining its Tort Law Section Council as well as its Standing Committee on Judicial Evaluations – Cook County.

A voluntary organization of more than 28,000 members, ISBA aims to support Illinois lawyers in their legal practice. Its key initiatives include shaping and advocating for legislation, promoting public legal education, and upholding the courts and the rule of law.

Danielle is an accomplished trial and appellate attorney who focuses her practice on counseling and defending a broad range of businesses, public entities, and professionals in all aspects of employment and labor matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct. She also represents lawyers, directors, and officers in professional liability claims.
