In an interview with Law360, Douglas B. Gale talked about his decision to join Goldberg Segalla’s Workers’ Compensation group. 

“The opportunity to work in a national firm with diversity of practice areas was something that seemed like a good match. I’m excited about the opportunity,” explained Doug, who is based in the firm’s Orange County office. 

He also discussed his approach to workers’ compensation litigation and his interest and experience in that area of law. 

“There’s a lot of complexity, there’s a lot of moving parts involved. In the medical process, from the inception of the claim to its resolution, there are a lot of changing circumstances. And you have to be willing and able to think on your feet and shift your strategy accordingly and rapidly.”
