Nine Goldberg Segalla attorneys were selected by their peers in the legal profession for inclusion in the 2018 Legal Elite of Western New York, published by the Buffalo Law Journal and Business First, which recognizes the region’s most respected attorneys. These nine attorneys make up exactly 15 percent of the firm’s Buffalo office — the maximum percentage of listed attorneys allowed for any firm.

For the fifth consecutive year, Goldberg Segalla managing partner Richard J. Cohen was honored in the Legal Elite Leaders section, which highlights the region’s most influential legal leaders — those who helm the region’s largest firms and bar associations as well as the University at Buffalo’s School of Law.

Kenneth L. Bostick Jr. also made the Legal Elite Rising Stars, a peer-nominated section that honors emerging attorneys “singled out for the respect they earned in the legal community for their knowledge and work ethic.” On the list, Bostick offered insight into maintaining a healthy work/life balance as well as advice for other attorneys who are young in their careers. “Success means different things to different people,” he said. “Develop your own idea of success and pursue it relentlessly.”
