Goldberg Segalla Attorneys Recognized in 2014 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers
Seven attorneys in the Philadelphia office of Goldberg Segalla are listed in the 2014 Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers. Seth L. Laver is recognized as a 2014 Rising Star in the category of Professional Liability: Defense. Seth has earned this honor every year since 2010. He defends attorneys, real estate and insurance professionals, and particularly accountants in professional negligence matters. He is the immediate-past Chair of Defense Research Institute (DRI) Professional Liability Seminar and serves on the Professional Liability Committees for both DRI and the American Bar Association. He is the editor of Goldberg Segalla’s Professional Liability Matters blog.
Matthew R. Shindell is recognized as a 2014 Rising Star in the category of Personal Injury — Products: Defense. He concentrates his practice in the defense of product liability matters involving consumer products and industrial equipment. Matt also defends medical malpractice claims against physicians, medical practice groups, hospitals, community clinics, and nurses. He is the co-editor of Goldberg Segalla’s Risky Business: Avoiding Product Liability, Commercial, and Other Litigation blog.

Stacy A. Tees is recognized in the category of Workers’ Compensation. Stacy focuses her practice on all aspects of workers’ compensation law, including conducting and participating in the deposition of medical experts and fact witnesses, advising clients in preparation for litigation, and the presentation of matters before workers’ compensation judges.
