Goldberg Segalla has been named a 2019 Inclusion Blueprint Champion by Diversity Lab and ChIPs in the litigation category.
The survey was distributed to over 200 law firms, including all Am Law 200 firms, with over 70 firms participating in tracking their diversity initiatives in 2019. Thirteen firms were awarded based off its representations of women, minority, and LGBTQ+ attorneys. It also provides target thresholds for the firms to reach, including 30 percent representation of female lawyers, 15 percent of minorities, and 5 percent of LGBTQ+ attorneys.
The honor provides a new standard for determining law firm inclusion and diversity, and the top scoring law firms that lead the industry.
