Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce that it has been ranked among the top employers in the fifth annual Best Companies to Work for in New York State awards program, conducted by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM). The firm was ranked among the top 25 small/medium employers.
Created in 2007, the program evaluates and ranks employers based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. It is unique because employees’ survey responses count for 75 percent of the ranking formula.
