Goldberg Segalla has been named one of the 2018 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services, an annual ranking of the nation’s top consulting and professional services companies from Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.

The firm’s top-20 placement among all small-to-medium service providers in the United States is the result of an anonymous survey conducted by Great Place to Work, which uses a variety of internal and external factors including employee feedback to recognize specific aspects of workplace culture. It considered input from more than 51,000 employees, evaluating over 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.

Goldberg Segalla also earned recognition on Fortune magazine’s annual list of the top 100 Best Medium Workplaces, spanning all industries across the nation. In addition to the Fortune rankings, Goldberg Segalla has received numerous accolades highlighting its founding principles of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. It has been ranked for seven consecutive years among the Best Companies to Work For in New York State. It has twice been named the Best Place to Work among all large employers in Western New York, where the firm is headquartered, and has ranked among the top five large employers in Illinois, the top 10 in both Pennsylvania and Maryland, the top 15 in New Jersey, and the top 20 in Florida.
